Abaja:
Mark of the Heart.
A story of love, faith, identity and the courage to challenge inherited tradition.
What we inherit.
What we choose.
Set between Oyo and Kano in 1950–1960, Abaja: Mark of the Heart explores love, faith, identity and dignity in a world shaped by inherited expectations. Can a new generation honour its heritage while finding the courage to change?
We are developing the film and building relationships with cast, collaborators and production partners.
